FORMER SPEAKER&DEPUTY SPEAKER BANKOLE/NAFADA HAS NO CASE TO ANSWER #GODHELPUS

The Abuja High Court sitting at Apo,  Tuesday,  ruled that our own very former Speaker mr  Dimeji Bankole and his deputy Usman Bayero Nafada have no case to answer in the N40bn loan case.
the court said it was a  “no-case-submission”   before it by the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Dimeji Bankole and his deputy, Usman Bayero Nafada pertaining to the 17-count criminal charge preferred against them by, EFCC, over an alleged role they played in a N40 billion loan saga that trailed the sixth session of the green  chamber.
Justice Belgore rejected Keyamo’s case as he ruled that  dimeji  did not benefit from the loan.
There was no theft as it was a loan that have been liquidated and it was provided for in the budget.
Belgore further ruled that it was not a salary increase or allowance increase but increase in running cost.

. well the way nigeria is going ,and the way officials thiefs are going scott free only God will save us  who's going to take the blame for this now ? so all that yes god don cacth am  feel we had last year was just a waste
